Avery Dennison is seeking a Country Human Resources Director to lead country-level HR strategy and operations across office and manufacturing environments. The role covers talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, facilities, governance, budgeting, and compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws. It requires at least 10 years of relevant HR experience, including 3 years in senior management, a bachelor’s degree in a business or HR-related field, and preferably manufacturing industry knowledge.
