Köster is hiring a permanent, full-time Head of Substation Engineering / Energy Engineering in Osnabrück to lead the Energy Infrastructure business unit. The role covers high- and extra-high-voltage substations, converters, and battery storage systems; customer and internal project communication; project controlling; and business development. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, several years of energy infrastructure project planning experience, and familiarity with certification and tendering processes.
