Description
The Head Night Clerk oversees the night stocking crew by organizing workflow, delegating and following up on tasks, and ensuring company standards for stocking, inventory control, safety, cleanliness, and customer service are met. The role involves ordering, receiving, organizing, storing, displaying, and stocking products; operating equipment such as power lift equipment, U-boats, balers, and pallet jacks; handling hazardous waste compliance; and taking charge of store operations in the absence of other management personnel. The position also includes training night crew members, supporting customers and vendors professionally, and using computer software and electronic equipment to complete reporting and auditing tasks.
