The role leads and manages the nursing team, oversees clinic operations and patient-care standards, collaborates on care plans, maintains medical equipment and bespoke veterinary technology, manages medical inventory, and supports staff development and continuing education. Candidates need veterinary nursing leadership experience or extensive RVN experience with readiness to step into a head nurse role.
