Description
The role leads the Acquisitions team and oversees post-merger integration across finance, accounting, tax, reporting, and audit matters for domestic subsidiaries, engineering consortia, and joint ventures. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence and purchase-price-allocation workstreams, preparing HGB financial statements, supporting Maconomy migration, managing external auditors, and standardizing accounting processes. The position requires a business administration or comparable qualification, several years of tax advisory or auditing experience, leadership experience, strong HGB and IFRS knowledge, and German and English proficiency.
