Description
Equitable is hiring a Head of Advisor Training & Development to lead enterprise strategy and governance for advisor and field leader training, development, education, coaching, learning platforms, and analytics. The role oversees advisor development portfolios, curriculum and program strategy, train-the-trainer capabilities, training operations, performance metrics, and stakeholder partnerships, while building and leading a high-performing team. It may be fully remote or hybrid, with 2–3 days on-site per week expected for candidates near Charlotte, New York, or Syracuse, and up to 25% travel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 10 years leading advisor, sales, leadership, or professional development strategies in a large distributed organization, and expertise in learning strategy, coaching, curriculum development, and data-driven investment decisions. Compensation is $280,000–$321,500, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
