Description
Wonderschool is hiring a Head of AI Agent Systems to transform a partially working multi-agent system into a reliable, production-grade platform that improves customer acquisition, onboarding, provider revenue, product development, and other business outcomes. The role owns agent architecture, performance, reliability, evaluation, adoption, measurement, and a small team of 2–3 engineers, including DevOps, while working directly in code and reporting to the CEO. It is an in-person role in Rincon Hill, San Francisco, requiring strong engineering, AI, LLM, automation, debugging, and systems-architecture experience.
