Description
SimpliSafe is hiring a Head of AI to lead its artificial intelligence organization, including AI/ML/CV infrastructure and research, on-device and edge AI, and AI-powered consumer products. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the role owns the AI product roadmap, sets technical standards, manages the AI organization and budget, develops external partnerships, and leads a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and applied scientists. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable experience, at least 15 years of AI/ML or computer vision experience, and deep expertise in on-device AI, computer vision, hardware, and strategic leadership. The role follows a hybrid work model and offers a target annual base pay range of $300,000 to $400,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
