Description
Midnite is hiring a Head of Audit and Risk to build its group-wide internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Legal with a dotted line to Compliance, the role will develop risk-based audit plans, deliver Board-level audit reports, audit high-risk gambling domains, maintain ERM frameworks, and independently assess AML/CTF, KYC, responsible gambling, vendor, platform, data privacy, and IT security controls. The position is based in Gibraltar and requires at least five years of senior audit leadership experience in online gambling or iGaming, knowledge of Gibraltar and international gambling regulation, a recognized audit, accounting, or risk qualification, and the ability to report to Audit Committees or Boards.
