Relativity Space is hiring a Senior Avionics Manufacturing Leader to own the strategy, organization, and delivery of avionics manufacturing for the Terran R program. The role will set multi-year manufacturing strategy, build and lead manufacturing leadership teams, drive the transition from development to high-rate production, and partner with executive stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, quality, and program management. Candidates need at least five years of progressive leadership experience, a proven record with complex electro-mechanical manufacturing and test operations, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field. The hiring range is $223,000 to $335,000 USD.
