This company has developed patented technologies aimed at improving comfort, performance, and reducing fatigue and joint stress. They are currently transitioning from a B2C market to a B2B growth phase by expanding through licensing partnerships, OEM manufacturer collaborations, and technology solutions for various footwear markets. To support this growth, they're looking for an entrepreneurial Head of B2B Partnerships & Business Development to lead business development, partnerships, and commercial expansion.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven success managing long sales cycles and closing strategic partnerships.
Experience managing complex commercial negotiations and building strategic client relationships.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B commercial experience.
Extensive industry experience within footwear, sporting goods, manufacturing, OEM manufacturing, licensing, or performance and safety products.
Experience working closely with founders.
Preferred Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to operate independently in a fast-growth environment.
Comfortable operating in an early-stage or scale-up environment with evolving structures and high ownership responsibilities.
Fluent in English.
