Head of Billing & Collections at Chargeflow

Chargeflow is hiring a Head of Billing & Collections to lead and scale its end-to-end billing, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliation, financial controls, reporting, and automation operations. The role owns billing accuracy and leakage, cash collections, AR performance, dispute resolution, refunds and credits, month-end close, forecasting, and the development of a scalable team and processes. It requires 7+ years of relevant operations experience, 3+ years managing a billing or collections function or team with at least 10 team members, and is a hybrid leadership role based in Israel.
