Head of Business Development, Discovery at GenScript

ProBio is hiring a Head of Business Development, Discovery to lead growth of its Discovery business in the United States. The role develops and executes commercial strategy, leads a team of 2–3 business development professionals, builds strategic customer relationships, drives opportunities through negotiation and award, expands customers into downstream CDMO services, and manages pipeline and business performance. Candidates need a life-science degree, at least six years of relevant commercial experience, discovery or early-stage drug development experience, and people-management experience.
