Description
Michael Baker International is hiring a Head of Capture Enablement to lead the enterprise organization and practices supporting capture excellence. The role owns capture methodology, standards, market and growth intelligence, knowledge management, reporting, tools, automation, AI workflows, training, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement, while partnering with Capture Delivery, Business Development, and other growth functions. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, two years of direct supervision experience, enterprise process or systems experience, and Salesforce or comparable CRM experience. The position offers a compensation range of $155,000 to $175,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
