Description
Sola Insurance is hiring an on-site Claims Operations Leader in Atlanta to build and unify a single claims function for its existing parametric wind and hail insurance and a new homeowners indemnity product. The role owns the full claims lifecycle, TPA selection and management, FNOL, catastrophe response, reserving, claims technology, carrier and regulator relations, and claims economics. It requires 10+ years of property claims experience, end-to-end claims ownership, TPA management, claims operations scaling, catastrophe response, and adjuster licensing or willingness to obtain it. Compensation is $190,000–$240,000 plus bonus and equity, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
