Description
Qualitate is hiring a Compliance Manager to own the company’s compliance program from day one, including expert vetting, MNPI safeguards, data privacy, security certifications, audits, governance, contracts, customer delivery, sales enablement, and compliance controls embedded in product and internal systems. The role reports to the CEO and requires 4–8 years of compliance or legal operations experience, knowledge of financial-industry due diligence, strong communication and analytical skills, and a system-oriented approach. It is a full-time, in-person position in New York City with a base salary of $180,000–$280,000, equity, health coverage, flexible PTO, and paid holidays.
