Description
Compass is hiring a Head of Compliance for a newly created, hands-on standalone role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The position will build and operate the compliance function across enterprise risk and governance, ISO 27001 information security, privacy, payments, third-party oversight, and regulatory obligations in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. Responsibilities include leading ISO 27001 certification and ISMS maintenance, managing audits and risk registers, developing policies and training, monitoring regulators and regulations, supporting GDPR and NIS2 compliance, overseeing payment and partner compliance, and establishing scalable monitoring, assurance, and automation processes in a high-growth SaaS/EdTech environment.
