Description
OpenFX is hiring a Head of Compliance Operations to build and scale the operating foundation for its Compliance Operations team. The role leads analysts and managers across KYB, KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions, blockchain analytics, customer risk review, escalations, QA, and reporting; designs operational workflows, controls, standards, and automation; and partners with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams. It is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced startup, with work locations in Bangalore, Dubai, and London.
