Description
The role leads the technical and disciplinary management of the Construction and Building Infrastructure group, overseeing national and international construction and site development projects from planning and tendering through execution. Responsibilities include strategic infrastructure development, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, approvals, cost and resource planning, and compliance with quality, deadlines, costs, statutory requirements, and internal standards. The position requires a master’s degree in civil engineering or a comparable field, several years of relevant construction or site-development experience, project-management and disciplinary-leadership experience, and expertise in industrial building projects, tendering, execution planning, contracts, and German construction law.
