Gemini is hiring a Head of Consumer and Lending Compliance to lead compliance for its deposit and lending products, including crypto rewards and business credit cards. The role oversees consumer compliance programs, product development, audits, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, vendor oversight, remediation, and the Fair Lending Officer responsibilities, while advising product, technology, legal, risk, banking partners, and regulators. It reports to the Global Chief Compliance Officer and has direct communication with the Board. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of relevant compliance experience, and at least 4 years overseeing a consumer compliance program; CRCM or Juris Doctor is preferred. Compensation is $150,500–$215,000 annually in New York, with a bonus, equity, health plans, 401K matching, parental leave, and flexible time off. The role follows a hybrid work approach at Gemini hub offices, with remote work available for employees living near a hub and in-person onboarding required.
