GALERIA is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Controlling FP&A to lead and develop their Financial Planning & Analysis team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial steering and contributing significantly to achieving financial and strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing the annual budget process, overseeing multi-year strategic plans, analyzing financial statements, identifying optimization opportunities, presenting reports to executives, and fostering a proactive FP&A team.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in overall responsibility for the annual budget process and monthly forecasts.
Experience in developing and managing strategic, integrated multi-year plans for Opex, Capex, and liquidity.
Experience in identifying and implementing optimization potential in processes and systems.
Experience in creating and presenting reporting for shareholders and executive management.
Experience in leading and developing the FP&A team and promoting a proactive, solution-oriented working environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to proactively identify opportunities and risks for the company and derive strategic measures.
