The role partners closely with the CEO as a strategic advisor and execution leader, driving strategic priorities, cross-functional initiatives, KPI tracking, executive and investor communications, scenario analysis, organizational alignment, special projects, fundraising and corporate development initiatives. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology, professional fluency in Spanish and English, technology business-model knowledge, executive-facing experience, and strong financial and business acumen.
