Description
Corel is seeking an M&A executive to own its acquisition pipeline and lead consumer and prosumer software acquisitions from sourcing and valuation through deal structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and close. Reporting to the CEO and eventually the CFO, the role partners with Vector Capital and coordinates finance, legal, tax, product, and technology teams. Candidates need at least eight years of relevant experience, direct transaction execution experience, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to manage concurrent deal workstreams.
