Description
ScottishPower is hiring a permanent, full-time Head of Cyber Strategy and Transformation in Glasgow on a hybrid schedule. Reporting to the CISO, the role leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, transformation programs, and cultural change to support Net Zero transition, secure digital innovation, UK NIS compliance, IT/OT convergence risk management, and continuous improvement using frameworks such as NCSC CAF and NIST CSF. The position requires senior cyber leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder influence at C-suite level, and oversight of budgets, third-party providers, and a team advising business units globally.
