Maincode is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead the organization responsible for sourcing, processing, and refining high-value training data for its Matilda AI stack. The role owns the architecture and lifecycle of web-scale crawling, ingestion, storage, filtering, deduplication, quality control, licensing, and data governance, while recruiting and managing elite data engineering talent. It is a full-time permanent position based in Melbourne or hybrid/on-site across Australia, with negotiable remuneration, super, and equity.
