KBRA Holdings, LLC is hiring a full-time Head of Data Management - Managing Director in New York to lead the enterprise data management strategy and Data Operations organization. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the role oversees data stewardship, master and reference data, taxonomy and ontology development, data quality, data governance, data architecture, metadata, lineage, integration, regulatory controls, third-party data providers, and opportunities to commercialize proprietary data assets. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent relevant experience and at least 15 years of experience in data management, strategy, operations, governance, or related disciplines, with experience in financial services, capital markets, ratings, regulated environments, and enterprise data capabilities. The anticipated annual base salary is $225,000 to $300,000, with a hybrid work schedule.
