Description
StarCompliance is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the company’s data and AI strategy and build a high-performing Data & AI function. The role will deliver production-grade generative AI, LLM, predictive analytics, and other AI capabilities at scale, establish data foundations and MLOps, enable AI adoption across engineering and product, and lead data, data science, ML engineering, and analytics teams. It requires deep experience with generative AI, LLM architectures, vector databases, semantic search, data engineering, cloud data warehouses, Azure, and regulated-domain technology, along with proven experience building and leading Data or AI engineering teams.
