Mapbox is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead their Data Services Operations projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services, coordinating cross-functional teams, building and operationalizing high-throughput workflows, defining and owning KPIs, analyzing operational pipelines for AI optimization, introducing AI-driven tools for project management, providing strategic guidance, and solving operational bottlenecks to support rapid growth.
