Description
The Head of Dealing will lead and scale the dealing function of a fast-growing fintech and securities business in Thailand. The role oversees trade execution across equities, ETFs, futures, options, mutual funds, and other products; manages client portfolios, margins, risk exposure, and operational controls; ensures compliance with SEC Thailand, SET, and internal policies; builds and develops the dealing team; and collaborates with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Investor Education teams. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience, senior or leadership experience, an IC Complex 1 or IP License, strong securities and risk-management knowledge, and proficiency in English.
