Citizens is hiring a Head of Decisioning Analytics & Optimization to lead a centralized analytics team responsible for measuring, governing, and improving the performance of its enterprise decisioning ecosystem powered by Pega Customer Decision Hub. The role focuses on Adaptive Decisioning (ADM), next-best-action outcomes, transparency, compliance, and business value measurement across channels and lines of business. It requires strong leadership, cross-functional partnership, experimentation, optimization, and hands-on analytics experience, with a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote.
