Description
ADSP is hiring a Head of Delivery to lead its technical delivery team of data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and AI consultants, with a focus on public-sector and defence projects. The role owns delivery strategy, project progress and risk management, team mentoring and resource allocation, budgets, client and partner relationships, proposals, technical standards, and the strategic direction of the delivery function. Candidates need a quantitative degree, extensive public-sector AI delivery experience, technical team leadership, Python and SQL expertise, cloud and machine-learning knowledge, and experience with technical bids and governance. The position offers flexible hybrid working from the Shoreditch office, with remote work available for up to four weeks per year.
