Alulux is hiring a Head of Department—Coating Shop / Rail Division to lead up to 35 employees in a full-time permanent role starting immediately. The position oversees technical and disciplinary leadership, production planning, occupational safety, quality, cost efficiency, personnel development, process optimization, and coordination with production management and quality assurance. Candidates need vocational or comparable training, production leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, German language proficiency, and MS Office skills; Lean Management or continuous improvement knowledge is advantageous.
