Description
Sparkasse Herford is seeking a Head of Department for its Executive Board Staff Division, with temporary substitute authority for the Executive Board. The role leads and develops a department of 40 employees, including two people managers, and is responsible for personnel management, committee and Executive Board decision preparation, strategy development and execution, group-level projects, and innovation and change processes. The position requires several years of successful leadership experience in an Executive Board Staff Division or comparable staff area, experience with Executive Board-level committees and decision-makers, and the management qualification under § 25c of the German Banking Act.
