Description

Viridium Group is hiring a Head of Department: HR Systems & Operations to lead its seven-person HR Systems & Operations team at the Neu-Isenburg site. The role oversees operational HR processes, payroll processing, HR controlling, budgeting, compensation structures, legal and regulatory compliance, internal and external audits, HR IT systems, digitization, and People-related projects. It also advises senior leadership and coordinates with other specialist departments.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences
Required Previous Experiences: Several years of professional experience in HR or HR operations and several years of management experience
Long-standing, in-depth practical experience in HR administration or HR case management
Long-standing, in-depth practical experience steering, executing, and securing an in-house payroll and salary processing function
In-depth knowledge and practical experience designing, steering, and implementing compensation structures
Solid practical experience using HR IT systems
