Odin is hiring a Senior Design Leader to define and elevate the customer experience across product and visual brand identity as it prepares for a major United States launch. The role combines visual craft with systems-level product thinking, leading discovery, prototyping, usability testing, customer research, workflow design, and the scaling of design practices. It is based in London and requires at least three days per week in the office, with a salary band of £105,000–£150,000 plus equity options.
