Superhuman is hiring a Director of Design & Research Operations to lead the operational foundation for its design and research teams. The role partners with Design and Research leadership to define craft and research excellence, build scalable systems and programs, align cross-functional teams, and create the culture and practices that make research insights inform design and product decisions. The position requires at least seven years of experience in design operations, research operations, design program management, or a related operational role, along with a track record of building adopted systems and leading change through relationships and data.
