The role defines engineering strategy and execution roadmaps, partners with Product Management and Architecture, drives delivery quality and operational excellence, coaches engineering leaders, manages budgets and performance metrics, and supports the Digital R&D organization. Candidates need extensive software engineering or R&D leadership experience, multiple-team management experience, Agile and product-delivery expertise, strong stakeholder and business skills, and fluency in English and French.
