Description
The Head of Development will lead a small team of 4–5 developers at a growing music technology company in Stockholm. The role is hands-on, requiring the leader to code, make technical decisions, plan and deliver features, and collaborate with product and marketing. The position requires full-stack development experience, technical leadership, architecture ownership, and strong communication skills; Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript, Flutter, AWS, Postgres, Angular, C++, and music-tech experience are preferred.
