Description
S&B USA Concessions is hiring an experienced Head of Development to lead and support the growth of its US P3 infrastructure business by identifying, developing, and securing transactions. The role involves bid development, negotiation of investment and project documentation, internal approvals, board materials, and liaising with external stakeholders across infrastructure sectors such as roads, transit, rail, bridges, tunnels, airports, water, government facilities, mixed-use development, universities, and renewables. This is a full-time position based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Washington, District of Columbia, with a salary commensurate with experience and standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
