Description
The Head of Development will lead the end-to-end Product Development organization, covering mechanical design, hardware, systems, testing, and validation. The role is responsible for delivering competitive products while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives; building and developing multidisciplinary teams; optimizing development processes and resource allocation; supporting technology roadmaps and market strategies; partnering with customers and stakeholders; managing departmental budgets; and driving innovation, manufacturability, and industrialization readiness. The position also collaborates with Global Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Product Management, and external partners.
