Description
CR2 is hiring a Head of Digital Development to lead and manage multiple engineering teams delivering mobile and internet banking solutions. The role owns the software development lifecycle, engineering strategy, Agile practices, release and environment management, security and compliance, developer tooling, metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. It requires extensive experience leading mobile and web engineering teams, hands-on expertise with modern mobile and web technologies, fintech or digital banking experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science. The position follows a hybrid model requiring employees to be on-site three days per week.
