WEPA is hiring a Head of Electrical Engineering Department – Maintenance & VEFK to lead electrical maintenance and the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) role at a plant. The position manages technical and disciplinary staff, plans maintenance work and shutdowns, budgets repair costs, coordinates spare parts and external services, supports training and continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with electrical standards and occupational safety regulations. The role requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent state-certified training, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of automation and VDE 0100 standards, strong German and English skills, and leadership experience.
