Description
The employer is hiring a Head of Electronics Development, Embedded Systems & PLC Technology to manage resources, capacity and deployment planning; support project teams with technical, organizational and personnel challenges; maintain customer relationships; and oversee revenue, budget and results. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a comparable field, several years of technical development and leadership experience, and expertise in electronics, embedded systems, PLC/automation technology or aerospace. The position offers 38 hours per week, with the option to work from home up to two days per week after six months, plus vacation, overtime compensation and corporate benefits.
