The role covers technical and disciplinary leadership, resource and capacity planning, project support, customer relationship management, project decisions and bids, revenue and budget responsibility, forecasting, cross-team collaboration, recruiting and employee development, and sustainable growth. Applicants should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, several years of technical development and leadership experience, and expertise in electronics, embedded systems, PLC/automation technology, or aerospace.
