Description
Charge Robotics is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead a 15+ person cross-disciplinary engineering team through the transition from prototype development to repeatable, scaled production of solar-farm-building robots. The role reports to the CEO, shapes engineering strategy and processes, oversees R&D through manufacturing, and represents engineering to employees, customers, executives, and investors. Candidates need at least five years of engineering leadership experience, experience shipping complex electromechanical systems, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and availability to work primarily from the San Leandro headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area.
