Description
Embedl is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead approximately 20 engineers across software engineering, deep learning engineering, deep learning research, and infrastructure engineering. The role reports to the CEO, sits on the management team, and is responsible for people development, hiring, performance and promotion decisions, engineering processes, technical risk, architecture trade-offs, roadmap sequencing, and the technical narrative for board and investor updates. Candidates need at least 8 years of software or machine learning engineering experience, including 3+ years leading or managing teams, along with formal manager experience, hands-on AI-assisted engineering experience, and a relevant degree.
