Description
Head of Engineering responsible for reliability, performance, and conformity of mechanical components used in heavy industrial equipment. The role oversees external manufacturing partners, validates suppliers and production methods, leads resolution of quality issues, defines long-term component strategy, and manages technical teams focused on reverse engineering and inspection/validation. It requires a mechanical or materials engineering degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of experience, strong industrial manufacturing and quality investigation background, supplier partnership experience, and professional English.
