Description
Meniga is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead its engineering organisation of 27 engineers across five teams, reporting directly to the CTO. The role owns end-to-end engineering delivery, technical transformation, client escalations, board reviews, hiring, and the embedding of AI across the software development lifecycle. It requires prior experience leading engineering at scale, technical credibility, commercial awareness, and familiarity with the listed technology stack. The position is a B2B contract with 28–37,000 PLN plus VAT, ESOPs, hybrid work, and private healthcare.
