The Head of Engineering will lead a globally distributed engineering organization, defining technical roadmaps and architectures while managing infrastructure, security, scalability, cloud and data architecture, AI integration, technical debt, and development budgets. The role also leads and mentors engineering teams, collaborates with product teams, and ensures compliant engineering practices. It requires 10 years of progressive software engineering experience, 5 years managing mission-critical applications in a high-growth setting, expertise in secure cloud-native platforms, experience with large datasets and patient-facing applications, and proven success implementing SDLC in regulated environments.
