Wispr is hiring an Enterprise Engineering Manager to build and lead the engineering team responsible for its enterprise product. The role owns the roadmap across administration, security, platform, and new products; works with IT leaders and buyers to uncover customer problems; converts urgent deal blockers into durable product capabilities; represents Wispr in high-stakes customer conversations; and remains close to the code to guide the team. The posting seeks candidates who have taken an enterprise product from early adoption to broad deployment, worked with Fortune 500 buyers and sales organizations, owned both product and engineering teams, and can recruit and lead through technical credibility.
